The Project To Be Executive Team is formed by a group of experienced professionals specialised in different areas, who work in an interdisciplinary way at the central level, and who share a common vision on the role of Education in the transformation of Society.

Each To Be School has it´s own organisation that takes on the daily pedagogical and operational management, ensuring compliance with the educational pillars and To Be values, as well as promoting the identity and unique organisational culture of its school.

Every day, the Executive Team reflects and works in collaboration with the To Be schools’ directors, so that these are unique, stimulating and welcoming educational places, with high standards of quality and safety – family orientated schools and reference schools in local communities.

The Pedagogical Council is a collaborative body in which the General and Pedagogical Directors of the To Be Schools participate and, at a central level, the General Director, the Director of Human Resources and the Pedagogical Coordinator of Project To Be.

Its purpose is to discuss topics of pedagogical interest, organise and coordinate interschool activities and projects, share knowledge and good practices and monitor human resource’s themes (teaching career and training plan).

The Social Impact Executive Team is a collaborative body formed by a representative member of each To Be Schools.

Its purpose is to plan and coordinate activities and projects with social impact that involve students and mobilise educational and local communities.
