Responsability of data processing
Users’ personal data will be collected and processed by Project To Be (“PTB Education II, S.A., NIPC 515527718″).
Data collected
Only personal data of users intended for the purposes mentioned below will be collected.
Examples of data collected on our website are the user’s name, email address, telephone number or address, student’s name and age, among others.
Purpose of processing
User data are processed for the purposes of pre-contractual steps between users and Project To Be, particularly for obtaining information or contractual conditions, scheduling visits or pre-enrollment in the educational establishment of Project To Be.
By providing their contacts, a user may be contacted by Project To Be for marketing purposes related to its services, provided the user has consented to the processing of his/her personal data for this purpose.
Marketing communications may also be sent via e-mail, to which data processing the user can oppose at any time.
Confidentiality
The data collected will be treated confidentially by Project To Be and may not be sent or made available to third parties, unless this is imposed by administrative or judicial decision issued by the competent authorities of the Portuguese Republic.
Storage of collected data
The personal data collected are kept for the time strictly necessary to ensure the purposes for which they were collected, except those that must be kept for a longer period, as a result of legal or administrative imposition.
User’s rights
In accordance with the applicable legislation, the exercise (i) of the rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion (“right to be forgotten”) of users’ personal data is guaranteed at all times and they may, at any time, withdraw the consent given to the processing of their personal data and also oppose to their processing upon written request to Project To Be, as well as (ii) the right to file a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission through legally established means.
Consent
By acknowledging this Privacy and Data Protection Policy and accepting the corresponding Consent Statement, the user consents to the processing of his/her personal data and those of the student in the terms identified in the preceding paragraphs.
