global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h4>Multidisciplinary Support Team for Inclusive Education<\/h4>\n<p>Each To Be School has a Multidisciplinary Inclusive Education Support Team that intervenes in the educational community at different levels:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answer to students&#8217; needs throughout their school journey, contributing to their overall development and the acquisition of essential skills and learning.<\/li>\n<li>Planning, support, monitoring and evaluating measures to support learning and inclusion.<\/li>\n<li>Promotion of individualised educational support to students, in conjunction with teachers.<\/li>\n<li>Promotion of effective coordination between members of the educational team, families and external technicians who intervene with students.<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of procedures and strategies for preventing and promoting psychological health in the school context.<\/li>\n<li>Psychological consultancy and counseling for staff, students and families.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Skills Development Programmes<\/h4>\n<p>In addition to the intervention and support aspect, we value prevention and the development of skills in our students, in conjunction with the teams of teachers.<\/p>\n<p>The specialised techniques of the Multidisciplinary Inclusive Education Support Teams develop several programs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Socio-emotional Skills Promotion Programs<\/li>\n<li>Phonological Awareness Development Programs<\/li>\n<li>Transition Programs between school years \u2013 Preschool\/primary school and primary\/preparatory school<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Inclusion of Migrant Students and Portuguese as a Non-Native Language<\/h4>\n<p>We promote the inclusion of migrant students in our schools, mobilising a set of strategies and resources aimed at their comprehensive well-being and success in learning.<\/p>\n<p>Our teams have specific training in welcoming and inclusion processes for migrant students and follow a good practice guide designed for this purpose.<\/p>\n<p>We offer the services of external teachers to support the learning of Portuguese as a Non-Native Language for students in primary and preparatory school who do not have Portuguese as their native language or language of schooling.
