The Project To Be Executive Team is formed by a group of experienced professionals specialised in different areas, who work in an interdisciplinary way at the central level, and who share a common vision on the role of Education in the transformation of Society.<\/p>\n

Each To Be School has it\u00b4s own organisation that takes on the daily pedagogical and operational management, ensuring compliance with the educational pillars and To Be values, as well as promoting the identity and unique organisational culture of its school.<\/p>\n

Every day, the Executive Team reflects and works in collaboration with the To Be schools\u2019 directors, so that these are unique, stimulating and welcoming educational places, with high standards of quality and safety \u2013 family orientated schools and reference schools in local communities.<\/p>\n

Pedagogical Council<\/h4>\n

Its purpose is to discuss topics of pedagogical interest, organise and coordinate interschool activities and projects, share knowledge and good practices and monitor human resource\u2019s themes (teaching career and training plan).
